WHO WE ARE
Level uP Pharmaceuticals operates as a rational, chemistry-driven platform that strategically leverages the intricate molecular bio-redox cell states inherent to malignant cancer cells. Our approach is centered around understanding and manipulating these cellular dynamics, aiming to pioneer innovative solutions in the quest for more effective and targeted cancer therapies.
ABOUT US
Our unique model in ground breaking discovery of novel cancer cure drugs is a path breaking assimilation of information derived from across various knowledge-based platforms of medicinal chemistry, redox chemistry, free radical biology, molecular cell biology, analytical chemistry, in vitro and in vivo biology that focus on eradicating cancer through targeted induction of necrosis.
Targeted Induction of Necrosis
Intracellular chemical lethality refers to efficacy of our first in class drug to induce cellular death by disrupting essential cellular processes, such as metabolism, protein synthesis, DNA replication, or cellular signaling pathways. This disruption leads to cell death by necrosis which we denote Targeted Induction of Necrosis.
